The Story

ONE FAMILY. ONE FORTUNE. NO LOYALTY.

On the Gulf Coast of Alabama, a wealthy elderly couple dies in an apparent suicide pact, leaving behind a multimillion-dollar estate.

What begins as a family tragedy quickly becomes a ruthless battle for inheritance.

As children, grandchildren, and in-laws turn against one another, decades of secrets, resentment, and betrayal come to light.

A detective investigating the deaths has his own hidden agenda, while someone operating in the shadows is willing to kill for the entire fortune.

In this family, everyone has something to hide. And no one is innocent.

THE MAKING OF LAST MAN STANDING

Shot on iPhone 15 Pro Max

Filmed entirely on an iPhone 15 Pro Max — a deliberate choice that let a small independent crew move fast on location without compromising the look of the film.

From the Director

A Word from Writer-Director Bruce Bellocchi

“I wanted to take the warmth of a Southern family and let something cold move underneath it. Last Man Standing is about how money exposes who people really are — and how the most dangerous person in the room is often the one we never suspect.”

— Bruce Bellocchi — Writer / Director
