What we collect

When you ask to be notified about a film release, we collect the email address you provide and the film you signed up for. Our industry contact forms also collect your name, company, email and message so we can respond to you.

How we use it

Your email address is used only to send release announcements and distribution news about the film you signed up for. We do not sell, rent or share your address with third parties.

How we store it

Signups are stored securely in the XIII Films website database and are visible only to authorised XIII Films staff.

Removing your details

You can ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time by replying to any email we send or by contacting us through the contact page. Your address is then marked as unsubscribed and will not receive further announcements.
